Dear Jimmy,

As you know we just moved to Michigan last month and I have wanted to ask someone this question for some time, so I’m glad you are able to answer anything.

A neighbor of mine had recently sold her house .She informed that if I wanted to sell my home that she could give me a tip. She advised me to go to the family Christian store in Frisco and buy a St. Joseph statue, bury it upside down in the front yard of my house facing the for sale sign and the house would sell for sure.  I thought this sounded a bit crazy until after about 80 showings and no offers. Desperate times call for desperate measures, so I went to the family Christian store and asked where the Saint statues were. I must have really stuck out, because the sales person knew what I was looking for without asking for specifics. She informed that they were sold out of the Home Seller Kit and she could take down my name for when the next shipment came in.  To make a long story short I did end up finding one on ebay for 6$ including shipping. (Quite a deal—for a 3 inch plastic St. Joseph)  The woman whom I bought it from has sold over 7000 of these small statues, so I’m not the only one who has lost it.  I tried to not bury the statue and just keep him out on the counter, but still no offers.  I buried him shortly before we moved to Michigan and wouldn't’t you know we got an offer. The house is sold. So I have two questions for you Jimmy. 1. Is this a coincidence?    2. Do you think there is a market for the St. Joseph Home Seller kit?  I appreciate you taking the time to ponder my question.

Thanks

Dear Sister  Zoe,

All these years, I thought that you thought,  that I was a dummy.     Thanks for the Question,

This is not really a tough one.  On one hand, I have a hard time taking this kind of thing seriously but on the other hand, you did sell your house.  I would say there is a market for the statues especially if this lady sold 7000 of them.  You could become the Starbucks of the ST. Joseph Statue Industry.  I personally bless this venture.  Go For it.

Your Loving Brother Jimmy.                            By the way who is that guy in the picture with you?
